Guidelines
To make a new question, just edit the page (click "edit") and add the question or add it to the discussion page (click the "discussion" tab). to make a question, make a new header by typing your question on a new line proceded by "Question:". I think we can also incorporate "Request:" on this page if you are requesting a new Wiki page.
After that, anyone that knows the answer can reply under the question, or if in the case of a "Request" just link to the created page. PastUtopia will periodically go through and answer some questions, but for the most part this is meant to be a dialog between readers.
