Panel 1: Peter Kepler, head and shoulders. His tie is cinched up more than it has been on any page earlier in this comic day's strips. But he still comes across as looking tired.

Peter:

Madame Consul...
You wanted to see me for something?

Panel 2: The Consul's meeting room from earlier. Left to right as always, we have an old guy with gray hair and a slightly receded hairline, head to upper thighs, viewed from the right rear, in forest green, the messenger from Chapter 13 Page 3, also from the right rear, Gelon Lebel, still sitting at the table, viewed from the right front, Joid Isiam, also at the table, viewed from the right front, The Consul, standing, head to upper thighs, viewed from the left rear, the screen displaying the Query logo, and a gray haired man in a gray suit, light gray shirt, and a gray tie, standing, viewed from the left front about 15 degrees from head on.

Peter:

...

Panel 3: The Consul, head to chest, viewed from her front left.

Consul:

... I do. I hadn't... realized... you were on your way to Levenworth.
Please, come with me a moment, as I would like to speak with you on a matter of critical importance and urgency.

Panel 4: The Consul and Peter in the hallway. They're both in profile from their left, but we get to see more of Peter's blazer than panel 1, and he still looks somewhat rumpled.

Consul:

You do that on purpose, don't you? Changing how you dress and act.

Panel 5: Peter's face and collar.

Peter:

My choice of attire is a matter of critical importance and urgency?

Panel 6: The Consul, head to waist.

Consul:

The casual way that you treat matters of state... It reminds me of people that were raised among them here.
I'm going to guess you are the equivalent of our families where you come from? This "Central"?

Panel 7: Peter, face and collar.

Peter:

My lineage is a matter of critical importance and likely urgency, then?

Panel 8: The Consul, head to chest.

Consul:

Well, it rather might be, but that's not what I asked you here for.
A... situation... has arisen, that I suspect you are quite aware of... and I think I may need a favor that only you can provide.

Panel 9: The Consul, head to chest, left 4/7ths.

Consul:

We can defeat this new challenge, but...
We need to lure them into a fight. To do that, we need to feint a withdrawal - weakness.
But I worry that if we do, the I.D.S. will stop stalling and commit against us to be on the winning side.
