Panel 1: Mr. Antar, head to waist.

Antar:

Kepler seems to be missing, and all his minions are holed up in safe houses.

We should make a move to clean this up. Nick hasn't returned yet, so Ricci is still in the way, but I could lean on him.

With the monster hunters freed up, we could smash the little revolt and put Beyer's plan back on track.

Panel 2: Nelson Otte, head to chest. He's sitting at a table or desk, with a mug on his left. He has at least four pieces of paper in his hand, somewhere around legal or A4 size.

Nelson:

Colonel Ricci once attacked one of Kor's dogs with a shovel. I assure you he is not scared of you.

Which is just as well, as we don't really want to do anything rash. This is the mistake Biana kept making.

Panel 3: Nelson, head to mid chest.

Nelson:

I suppose I don't blame her for trying, shit storm aside, but once someone shoots down a SkyHammer shot, brute force isn't a great idea.

His operation must be dismanteled, not smashed, we have to remove his three pillars of support.

Panel 4: Mr. Antar, head to chest. There is a door visible behind him to his right.

Antar:

If we do not support Arpon in the suppression of Malsa, who is going to count on us in the future?

Biana seems to think she can get a leash on Orin, but they aren't easily impressed yokels like we see down here.

Tell me what you want me to do to remove these pillars then. I wasn't sent here to sit in the corner and wait. What are these pillars?

Panel 5: Nelson, head to belt, standing with his hands behind his back.

Nelson:

Special Agent Kallisto Summers is the pillar that prevents brute force, Peter Kepler and his A.I. are the pillar that prevents subterfuge...

And Kyle Kepler is the pillar that prevents a political solution.

If you feel you can "remove" any of these, by all means, be my guest. The red dragon witch is probably the most painless way to die.

Panel 6: Antar, liver spots to nose, right half of his left eye to his right ear.

Antar:

We are on a time limit here, Otte. How long are you going to wait?

Panel 7: Nelson, face and collar.

Nelson:

I am quite aware, Mr. Antar, of our situation.

I will have the news the council wants to hear, and I will have it on time, with or without Biana.
