Panel 4: Left to right, top to bottom, we have Mium Efiate, where he was last page, left hand now closed.  The blonde, blue eyed woman from [[Transcripts:0.021 | page 21 panel 2]], still holding her hand to her aching head.  The top of the back of [[Kally | Kalisto Summers]]' head. The guy from [[Transcripts:0.021 | page 21 panel 3]], who just apparently finished falling with a *THUMP*. The brown haired guy from [[Transcripts:0.021 | page 21 panel 1]], autocaster held uselessly at his side.

Panel 6: Two bureau officers, wearing berets with a yellow or gold symbol on the upper left. The officer to the left has blond hair and appears masculine. He resembles Magnolia enough to be related. The officer to the right has long indigo hair and appears feminine. She appears to be slightly darker than Mione, and while their hair is of similar darkness and possibly similar length, it's of a distinctly different hue. Both officers are wearing dark gray uniforms and have fancy-looking wrist autocasters.  While the symbols on their autocasters do not match, they both appear to have a heart symbol near the current top of the autocaster, as they have their autocaster hands held horizontal, ready to fire.

More than just a few things stand out as odd... but what concerns me most is how fast the Bureau Security showed up...

Emmi:

More than that an IDS agent was attacked in the middle of a city?

Arron:

If we assume the boy is with MSB... he could have called them...

Panel 2: Arron, face. Everything else obscured by bubbles.

But why would he have fled the scene then?
If he was the same person that warned you... I don't see how he could have gotten there if he didn't get off the tram...

Kalisto:

He has to be... he was already spotted once watching Peter's address.
